We do not sell your personal information. Your data may be shared with:

  • Your assigned tutor and relationship manager for educational purposes.
  • Platform administrators for account management.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords, session management, rate limiting, and access controls to protect your information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your active enrollment. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data by contacting an administrator.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / DPDP Act)

Depending on where you live, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. You can do this yourself at any time from your data export page (sign-in required).
  • Right to rectification: Correct any inaccurate information by editing your profile or contacting us.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Permanently anonymize your account and personal data. Available from your profile page. Note: financial records and class history may be retained in anonymized form for legal/audit purposes.
  • Right to restrict processing: Ask us to stop processing your data while a complaint is investigated.
  • Right to data portability: Your data export is provided in machine-readable JSON format.
  • Right to object: Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
  • Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • Strictly necessary: Session, authentication, CSRF, language preference, timezone preference. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics: Page view counts to help us understand usage patterns. Aggregated and not used for tracking individuals.

8. International Data Transfers
